Challenge

Our client decided to divest its test and measurement division following our strategic review of the business.

Approach

We structured the business to be prepared for the sell-side process. We undertook a global search for potential buyers, identifying those with the highest synergy potential.

 

We then wrote a sales memorandum that elaborated on the strengths of the division and presented the financial opportunity for those buyers, identifying and quantifying synergies.

Value

We supported the seller through the successful sales process and, afterwards, helped it to refocus the remaining business.
