Oliver is Partner in the Automotive and Manufacturing Practice and in the Strategy & Organization Practice. He consults clients in technology driven industries on strategic questions, growth programs and cost management. Private Equity firms he supports with enterprise wide value increase programs for their portfolio companies.
Before joining ADL he was partner at Management Engineers, Booz & Company and Strategy&
Oliver spent the first 10 years of his career in the automation / electronics industry working in business development and strategy. He started a company as MD in Asia, became member of the management board in a restructuring case and joined Management Engineers as a consultant in 1998.
Examples of his assignments include a strategy for a new 500M division for an automation company, the establishment of new quality functions for a wind turbine manufacturer, the technology roadmap for a power generation company, a growth program for a power transmission company, the pricing strategy for an engine manufacturer, a cost transformation for a semi conductor manufacturer, a global SG&A cost transformation for a global technology company, product cost reduction programs, a turnaround for a production machinery manufacturer and value growth programs for portfolio companies of private equity firms
